房子是去年买的，今年因为工作调动到另外一个城市必须要搬出新房。这样按照规定8K
是要退掉的么？是在2011年报税的时候退还给IRS还是要用其他的表格退还？

If you still keep it (for renting), you can keep 8000. If you want to sell
the house before 3 years, you need return it.

for renting, if you report it on your tax-form, you need to return it too.

What I heard is that you must keep it for Primary resid,
