在华盛顿州，4.625% 30yr fixed, lender是wells fargo， 20% downpay，townhouse。
请问下他们所列的这个good faith estimate是不是就是closing cost？我看了以前版

没想到华盛顿州的appraisal和insurance这么贵。有transfer tax也没啥办法不付。各
州的规定不太一样，像新泽西，owner's title insurance都是buyer自己付的。

title insurance too expensive.
transfer tax is a ripoff but it is what it is. many places charge only 1/10

town house 和 duplex 一般是house 的2倍， 635 是合理的
