I will close on a property very soon, but the seller can only move out on
the closing date, which leaves me no time to do final walkthrough before the
closing. Am I taking too much risk if I do the final walkthrough after I
close? What would be my best response in this case?

Close 之后就是在你自己家里walk了，看着不爽的，只能自己修了。

No need walk through after closing unless you had some special terms that
could block the wire tranfer of down pay
