正在写offer，买的是regular sale 的房子，因为我的出价有点低，我的agent 说为了

千万不能这样写，这里面有问题。如果不是你的代理太差，就是他与卖方有私下的默契
。

It could be because the offer is TOO low and the agent thinks that's
insulting. Anyhow, offering to buy the house as-is is never a good idea.

绝不能那样写.即便是你出价很LOW,也要给双方进一步讨价还价的机会.谁会那么傻主动

As is的房子很有可能有很多潜在的问题,不要写在Offer里面,Short Sale/REO除外.

谢谢楼上各位的建议。我想我还是让她去掉这条比较好。我的出价是有点低，我也口头
同意小问题就不要求seller修了，但大问题的话我还是不能承受的。谢谢了。

偶建议你先fire你的agent。 这样的条款一写， 你就完蛋了
