60W的房子，这是title company给列出的：
1102 $1300: settle/attorney fee
1101 $2000: Title services and lender's title insurance
1103 $1700: Owner's title insurance
1201 $111: Government recording charge
1203 $2700: transfer tax
这些fee看起来合理吗？我只知道transfer tax根据地区不同，可能一边出一半。其他
的项目都是
Buyer出吗？比如这个Owner's title insurance
这里好像还没列home insurance

如果是Regular Sale, Owner's title insurance就是由Seller来出.
