First we went to see cheaper houses between $200k -300K but didn't find good
ones. Then I requested to see some $300-$400k houses and she said I don't
have a realistic view of the market based on what I can afford. My mortgage broker already said I can get a loan of $300,000 with no problem. She doesn't want to work with me. By the way, I asked her if she gives rebates, she said no and I said fine. The second day she came back and said she's very offended by my question about the rebate.
What kind of crappy buyer's agent is this? Now I just want to go without an agent.
My state does allow rebates.
