485 was referred, asking for marriage certificate which has been registered
with the proper civil authorities.
请问，什么是marriage certificate which has been registered with the proper
civil authorities。when we submitted 485 application, we already submitted
marriage certificate. We got married here in US, and the official marriage
certificate was issued and singed by county officials.
因为我和领导中间曾经两地，they ask for to demonstrate marriage to LD is
bonda fide. 请问，apartment lease with both our names, car title with both
our names, health insurance with both our names, joint bank account, joint
tax return will be enough?

大门旁边有一块玻璃，别人能从外边很清楚地看到屋里，不适合挂帘子，想贴上些什么
东西，或者加块毛玻璃。能推荐一下用什么东西，在哪里能买到？

Were you married here? Here in US after your wedding, you can need to return
the application and get it signed.
If you married in China, need to be notarized.

you can buy a can of special paint in home depot(forget the name) for around
5 dollars. after a layer of paint, your glass will seem like 毛玻璃. what's
more, if you don't like it, you can wipe it off with acetone or scrape it
off. Also you can put on some tape before the paint to make some pattern.

如果在国内结婚，是不是国内的公证书就是您所说的need to be notarized？不用再去
银行做notarized了吧？

marriage certificate和marriage certificate公证书是不同东东，marriage
certificate公证书上有你的marriage certificate。但是国内的marriage
certificate在美国没有公证书的法律效力。不知道是否理解正确。

We got married here in US, and got the official marriage certificate issued
and signed by the county official. I can tell it is different from the
marriage license.
I went to our county hall today, asked them about marriage certificate
registered with proper civil authorities. The county official told me that
the marriage certificate is official one, and it was registered with our
county. The do not know what USCIS is asking for.
I am positive I submitted copy of our marriage certificate. The only thing I
can do is to submit it again, this time the original document instead of
copy.
Anyone can help on this?
Also, apartment lease with both our names, car title with both
our names, health insurance with both our names, joint bank account, joint
tax return will be enough to demonstrate our marriage?

It's more popular to use door panel & curtain or blinds, than paints or
stick-ons.

我看了一下我的。好像有一份花里胡哨的marriage certificate，还有一份license
and marriage certificate 看起来很正式。是不是要后者？

1.marriage certificate 是一张像奖状的纸（横着的），上面只有法官/政府官员以及证婚人等的签名，这个应该就是我们常说结婚证（这个只有一人一份）
2.marriage of certificate 是一张 A4纸，带花纹（竖着的），上面有state registrar 的签名，这个应该就是我们所说的婚姻证明（这个可以交钱多开，不限数量）
3.marriage license 这个也是一张A4纸，不过这个肯定不是
楼主递交的是哪个？
USCIS的意思是不是要你递交2的原件，或公证过的复印件吧？
同问 marriage of certificate，
复印件有没有效？或者复印件到银行公证?
我知道国内做的出生公证倒是复印件有效

I think ours is the document 2 you talked about. It has state registrar's
signature on it.
We did get multiple copies from the state when we got married.
I submitted a copy of docu 2 for our 485 application. We are going to submit
the original document 2 this time. Hope it will work.
I really appreciate your suggestions.
Any suggestions on submitting material to prove our marriage?
