大家谁了解chinese drywall，今天去看一个房子，agent不停说chinese drywall，好
像是房子的瘟神。心里挺不舒服的……
这个chinese drywall一般是哪年建的房子会出现啊？

Southeast may or may not have a rotten egg smell.

最新美国法院判决，这些claims不成立。工会和保守派每次都跟喝鸡血似的。这不会是
最后一次。

有几个州问题比较大，似乎弗罗里达是其中一个，时间蛮近的， google 一下吧。要
是知道房子是用中国制造的石膏板，最好还是别买了。我遇到一些老美改造房子，还
特地让contractor 写保证书不用中国的石膏板。美国其实好多自己的gypsum board
生产商，大部分房子还是用美国产的比较多。

我已经服了中国产品了。这次带娃回国过年，回来测了一下血铅，已经偏高了。问题是
他也没接触什么东西。
对了，家里墙为了娃还专门新刷了的是日本nippon paint涂料, 立帮牌，差不多$120
一桶, 美国价格的两倍，这帮奸商真可恶。不知道有没有铅，也没处化验去。
