gdp可以是名义gdp, 也可以是实际gdp, 也可以考虑汇率修正。
房价有可能在你买之前过涨， 在你卖之前迟涨， 你也可能买高卖低。
还有你地区发展能不能跟上国家 or stage gdp, 美国很多dying town.
预估某个具体房子的价格没有意义。
