1个人收入税前6万5，没小孩，downpay 13万-15万
1.贷20万，PROPERTY TAX一年6500(Special assessment tax?)，
2.贷20万，PROPERTY TAX一年3700，
3.贷17万，PROPERTY TAX一年3700，
which one is 死撑?
想听听各位的意见。

没小孩租不好吗，还好换地方

如果没有其他债务，credit score不会低过620，这三个贷款都可以批得出来。就看LZ
对哪个宅子满意了。

这么多dowpayment, 咋攒下来的？
我觉得哪个都不算撑，大胆的买自己喜欢的吧

If there is not association fee and Home insurance is not too high (the
property in flood zone and/or coastal areas are pretty expensive), your
monthly payment should not be more than $1700 for 30 year fixed or ARMs even
for 20万，PROPERTY TAX一年6500. Not too bad.

one house has property tax of $6500 including $3700 special assessment tax.
but 6 houses down the street, they do not pay this special assessment tax.
what is special assessment tax?
