后院有这种电线安全吗？
确定不是高压线， 应该是民用的线， 可是这么多多密密麻麻在一起， 会不会有什么
安全问题啊， 比如说辐射之类的。
在院子的边缘处， 倒是不碍什么事儿。

Should be fine, as long as you are not close to transformer.

我不担心辐射什么的，但这样的房子一般我不买，每天看着这电线就不顺眼。

those are just regular wires. They must be insulated, because you can see
the tree branches around it. For that reason, they can not be high-power
ones.
On the other side, wires like these might mean poor planning or old district
. Nowadays most wires like these go underground.
