明天就去邮局寄了，i907说明上有两个地址， 一个是p.o.Box, 另一个是courier：

今天刚lock的。给大家报告一下。
银行是Wells Fargo。因为是relocation,公司出了一个point，总价35W，20% down,
Credit score = 790，其它没别的。
4.25%只能lock 30天，要lock 60天就得4.375%了。

PoBox是邮局USPS平信
courier是快件，USPS，UPS,FedEx。。。

The relocation rate in Wells Fargo is usually better than Wells fargo's
regular rate.
If you pay 0.5 point, our 30 year fixed rate is 4.375% with 50 days lock.

PO Box can at least take USPS Priority Mail, which was what I did.

原来如此。多谢您的信息。我还是太懒了，只找了一家broker,不过4.25还凑合了。

我们这里10 yr fixed 今天3.875 啊，可惜我在 4.125% lock了

如果是买房的话，10 yr fixed应该可以做得更低的。15 yr fixed都大都在3.875%了。
