agents查了一下，发现最近一次的appraisal的结果比assesor的（买房网站显示的）
足足少了150sq ft. 请问，还可以向卖家argue吗？如果此时walk away的话，有什么麻
烦？先谢各位了

get a appraiser to do a measure and compare the result. have you done the
inspection yet? which stage are you in now?

Home inspection had been done. I am applying loan right now, appraisal has
nor ordered yet.
My agent said the last appraisal should be accurate than the county's
assessor.

OK, has the seller agrees on your inspection requests yet? by the way, how much of the difference (I mean in %) we are talking about here?
