Planning to buy a new house, there are 3 elevation options:
1)no cost
2)$6800
3)$25800
Option 1 no cost, but don't know the resell value. option 2 the roof is too
flat, just don't like it. Option 3 cost too much, don't know whether worth
it to spend this much on house front face. What do you think about these 3
options? One fact need to consider: two neighbours choosed option 2, one
house accross the street chosed Brick option 3, the other one accross street
chosed option 1. any suggestions are appreciated!

选择3，让他们给你closing credit of $7800。
对面的房子选了1，你们的房子stand out比较有价值，当然我比较虚荣。。。。

还是1最实惠，这要跟你住的区域板块来说事，一般高低不超20%，弄得太另类反而不好
