H1B工作一年贷款买房。房子还有10天就要closing，贷款正在underwriting，
underwriter说我们没有CURRENT VALID H1B VISA,下面是broker转的underwriter的
email：
are you in the US on a work visa? The underwriter stated you should always
have an active Visa unless you are waiting for your application to be
processed. Is this the case?
What we’ve received so far is the 2004 expired Visa and your I-797A form,
which shows validity through 9/13.
Here is what we need if there is not a current valid VISA:
· Employment Authorization Document (EAD)
· Letter from the employer stating employment will extend for the
next 3 years
· I-797 form showing eligible to work in US with a 3 year
continuance (received, it’s less than 3 years, but we’ll work on an
exception once we receive the first two items.)
Below are the exact guidelines from the investor
-Copy of acceptable visa is required
•H-1B, H-1C, L-1A, & L-1B visas are acceptable (must be current)
In lieu of a Visa, an Employment Authorization Document (EAD), a letter from
the employer, and I-94 or I-797 form showing eligibility to work in the U.S
. (all supporting a 3 year continuance)
现在公司也不愿意出具这封信，说还会继续雇用3年，再说我们没有EAD啊。症结就在他

怎样说服他I-797A APPROVAL NOTICE 就可以证明我们有CURRENT H1B VISA? I-797上确
实说“This is not a visa'
我认为他们对visa的定义没搞清，认为一定在passport上的叫visa，可是我们在美国直
接转身份，也叫visa啊，没有visa怎么在美国合法待啊。请大侠们指教。谢谢。
