麻烦大家给看看。
贷款19万，7/1 ARM.
1. Origination fee: 100
2. Appraisal fee: 350
3. Credit report: 20
4. Flood certification: 10
5. Title services and lender's title insurance: 2566
6. Owner's title insurance: 1174
7. Well and septic: 200
8. Survey: 1400
9. Government recording fee: 400
10. Transfer taxes: 1404
11. Daily interest charge: 507
Total: 8131
会不会太多？

我看不出啥问题，
比我多survey这项，
owner title insurance比我的贵一倍，不过我猜各州不一样。

tax transfer 是不是应该卖家出？不是很肯定，大拿讲讲。

Transfer tax是卖家出,每个County的费用不一样.

我现在也面临同样的问题。GFE表格上是四千多，这还不包括Owner Issurance. 我的
agent说大概会是两三千。最后的钱少在哪里呢？

也许是因为当年买的是foreclosure的房,我的agent跟我说帮我争取到卖方/银行给我买
了Title insurance.
应该是5-6的其中一相吧?

19万的loan，貌似title insurance也太高了，莫非房价超高？survey在新泽西一般也
不会超过500刀。

在加州，Owner's title insurance和transfer tax是Seller来出的。

我买的foreclosure也是银行付的 owner's title insurance.
