昨天re-finance,lock rate 30yr fixed 4.25， no points, no closing cost.
今天受到broker的文件一大堆，closing cost credit agreement 有一条; Borrower
understands that either re-finance or sale of the property will incur a pay-
off of the mortage loan.
真的不明白了，难道我就不能再re-finance和买房了？
请教， 请教。

refinance本来就是拿新贷来的钱把旧贷款付清。

这和再re-finance和买房了没有任何关系的。

这条说的就是Common sense,不管你Refi还是卖房子都先要付请欠银行的钱先.

called the broker today and got to know, I can not pay off within 125 days,
either re-finance or sale of the property.

恩，一般都是4个月才可以再次REFI
