万能的买买提并不是总能给您解惑答疑的。
这类问题得自己搞搞明白，每天多少趟，什么时间，经过时是否是鸣笛（火车只有在通
过公路铁路交叉口时才提前鸣笛，一般无特殊情况不应鸣笛），房子是否隔音良好，
自己是否对火车的噪音敏感。
我们小区有不少紧挨着铁路的豪宅，大概在你图中穿过树林和铁道平行的那道不知是什么
的黑线附近。我看别人也活得好好的。

因为还没去看，所以先来问下看有些哪方面需要考虑的。

I would think this is a good deal. There are lots good expensive houses/
communities built close to rail road or high power lines. During the house
boom, these houses are sold at very high price than they are now.
Now is the seller market, these houses have huge price drops. But when the
seller's market was back, you will saw very nice capital gains.
