看了appraisal里面的测出来的livable的area比卖方list的少了160sqft，basement也
少了100多，但是appraisal的价值倒是差不多。我需要找卖家argue吗？这个银行的
appraisal的面积可信吗？我要去哪里查一下county record里面的面积？
第一次买房，希望大家帮忙看看。谢谢。

Does your contract have any guarantee about the size of the house? If not,
you really have nothing to say for this.

是吗？我记得当时签合同的时候我问agent,他说如果不一样可以argue credit的，还是
我们需要查county record先?
