just read some horrific stories online about dealing with Provident Funding.
I am considering using them to close my purchase. Now i am worried that i
will not be able to close in time.

hmm, not sure if my case is not typical. 10% down, buyer agent's credit,
gift letter to fund downpayment, up to 60 days rent back...
wondering if i should shop for backup plan
