IO 在做2步法判读中提到了：the petitioner may have enjoyed substantial
acclaim before but fail to continue the acclaim now.
1）这句话是给每个ＲＦＥ都发的，还是只给我一个人？
２）这句话是不是说要说明你过去牛，现在不牛也不行。我的担心是我现在课题有点转
换（大方向），怕IO说你过去的文章和工作还可以，但是你现在都没怎么发文章。是不
是contribution 不够啊！
大家怎么理解的？多谢！

一个CONDO三个月前上市叫价$47万，现降为$42万，我蛮出价$36万，屋主愿意卖给我，

之前我找律师评估的时候,律师提出要证明的是:过去牛,然后要一直牛到现在,一直保持
住牛的状态,(并且还将持续下去)
这需要一直有新文章,引用逐年增加,我因为近两年新文章引用不多被质疑

2年前看房时，房子结构很漂亮，要价还好，但是sold as it is. 第二次报价以后，卖
主很痛快就答应了。在合同签字以前，自己又仔细看了一下房子。从外表看不出一点问
题，但是厨房里铺地砖的地方有一很细的裂纹，沿着裂纹一直延伸到客厅的地毯下面，
仔细摸去，越到里面，裂纹越宽，应该属于地基下沉引起的。看来卖主是知道这一点的
，（估计一般的inspection不一定能发现这个问题)，估计是他很痛快接受二次报价的
原因。所以，只好默默走开了。

2010 年以后publications比较少，citations还可以，每年都比以往有所增加,2011年
到现在快80吧。
