一周前请参议员帮忙催绿,今天说收到了USCIS的回复如下(赞一下议员办公室的速度):
Thank you for your inquiry on behalf of *** and ***, regarding their I-485
applications. USCIS records show that these cases were received on January
8, 2014 and that the biometrics were received on February 19, 2014.
Our records also show two approved I-140 petitions for ***. We have asked
for a case review by an I-485 supervisor, as it appears that the case is
eligible to be adjudicated at this time. If your constituent does not
receive a decision or other notice within 30 days, please contact us again
for an update.
有几个问题请教大家:
(1) 上面说我的case eligible for adjudication是否证明background checks已经做
完了?
(2) 让I-485 supervisor来review是不是就是让他看看我的case能否可以assign给某
个IO来adjudicate了? 这不是说需要supervisor来adjudicate我的case吧? 因为听说有
complication的case才会需要involve a supervisor.
(3) BTW,貌似他们承认两个I-140同时有效所以将来如果需要re-link还是可以的吧?
