昨天我用网络查这个房子的地址，发现在其他的网站上这个房子只是5万多一点儿。
然后我就邮件（我把网站的链接也给他发送过去了）问的我agent是怎么回事？
然后他就回了下面的信：
These weights do not indicate the value of the property. This home cannot be
bought for this price. It is worth a lot more. Yes it was a mistake on our
website. Like I said we pre negotiate deals with banks; what you are seeing
is the staring bid from the source were Bay Area Trust is acquiring the
contract on the property to sell. Sometimes the banks start at a
ridiculously low price to draw attention to a property but then they get bit
far above the starting bid.
This is nothing to worrie about.
大家说我应该相信这个agent吗（他是一个25岁的白人小伙子）？？
PS：之前我在他们网站上也发现这个房子的价格变成了5万多一点儿，我当时电话他，
他说是网站错了，然后网站上又变成了8万多。
请大家支招，我是否还应该继续这个房子和继续用这个agent？

车贷是另一个信用，跟信用卡不一样，这个对以后别的贷款肯定好处很多

我还了快2年了，也看不出来啥。但是听说，最后还清的时候，或者最后稍微提前一点
还清会让信用分涨得很快。
