这个rate太高吗？我们贷的还挺多的，但不超过417. 超过417，利率不是会更高吗？
我以为没有poing是至少4.125%吧？周五就close了，也不太可能改了。。。

It is too later to change anything.
For primary residence, unless loan amount is way too small, otherwise, I
always suggest my client to go for No Point No Fee refinancing.
Assume you take 4.125%, once the rate drop to 3.875%, you still have chance
to do refinance. :=)

I can do no closing cost at 3.875%. No points, no cost. Plus you may get
extra credits toward escrow. As of now, you can get around $700 for a loan
of $400k.
