不见得。如果你要是有明显的法律撑腰，你获胜了，你的律师费要对方付。除非对方是
傻瓜，否则也就是吓吓你。

下周再说吧。我们最多耽误了卖家4天，deposit我们已经不要了，居然还有各种麻烦事
。以后要谨慎。

可是上面没有时间。有控方律师电话，送纸的人说是court 送的，但是又说和律师联系就可能不需要出庭。这个是

我们付了代价了。deposit没了，而且我们周一签合同，周四晚上就通知不买了。这有
多少损失也该够赔了吧。

Seller肯定要敲诈一番，没办法，这个时候只能通过agent找对方律师negotiage，你们

I just checked the plantiff's lawyer's info. He is motor vehicle accident
lawyer. What kind of lawyer I should hire? just general one or real estate
one? Sigh. My company offers legal plan and I didn't buy. I can join for the
next year and it has to take effect in January. Will I be able to delay to
January so that I can get a cheap lawyer? The court date hasn't been set
yet.

Just talk to a few RE lawyer to find out how much they charge and what your
options are, and how serious the result might be.

Your agent is NOT a good agent. If you don't want to buy the house, there
are many ways (such as inspection contingency) your agent can help you to
back out without costing your earnest money,and definitely not a lawsuit. I
would fire your agent after this.
Now, find a lawyer to deal with it.

Did you hire an attorney to review the contract after you signed? Usually
there is a period of time called attorney review to make changes of the
contract terms and finalize the contract. You should be able to get out of
the contract without penalty within that period. I think you have the right
to fight for the deposit of $1,500.

we did not hire an lawyer ti review the contract. This happened about one
and half month ago. Guess now it is too late. We are ok to lose 1500 but do
not want law suit for sure. Will see lawyer next Tuesday.
