paper被欧洲一个学者的survey引用了，对方同意签推荐信，请问，这样的推荐信内容
，需要特别强调survey的特别么？应该不是什么paper都可以被survey介绍的吧？

看anglie list上有promotion，59做所有tune up（我家两套），245duct cleaning （
我有19 supply duct）。我就打电话问，然后他们就派了人来做inspection，然后给了
我proposal，说Plenum有mold，建议我更换，还有一些别的建议的工作（如下）。不
知道这些有没有必要做。

I have never known that a survey paper is better than other papers. Why do I
feel that a survey paper may be a collection of stuff without really
testing all those papers?
I want to know the answer as well.

根据survey的定义，貌似看不出啥太出彩的地方啊。。当然了，如果你给了某领域
某名词一个定义，或者开创了一个小领域，按照这个定义对大批，牛人，进行评估，
那就不一样了
