Most broker in this board, like myself, is licensed. Normally the rate is
competitive than retailer (i.e. go to BoA and ask mortgage). 欢迎加入我的俱
乐部.
Basically I am available most of the time (i.e. weekend, evening) to answer
your question and address your concerns. Majority bank will be closed during
non-business hours.
Nevertheless, most likely, your conforming loan principle will be eventually
assigned/sale/transferred to Fannie Mae/Freddic Mac.
