我的房产经纪人答应我帮我贷款，我就放心地教给他了。
现在签了合同半个月过去了，他只给我了一个贷款quote。中间我催他无数次，他总是
说在
处理。
他的贷款quote没有别人的好，所以我决定自己找贷款。要求他出extension form,但他
总是推脱，说我不信任他，也不接电话。
请问我怎样才能fire他，但还能继续purchase这个property呢？

you don't have enough time to close it unless your agent already done most
of the works. you can push your agent by talking to him and his boss while
let him to deal with the seller by filing extension. Remember that at this
stage, to close it ASAP is the most important thing for now. good luck.

这个感觉有点乱。你应该先问好锁什么rate,如果满意，签application form, 然后就
lock。而不是agent决定给你锁最好的rate。没人能知道rate什么时候最好。
不过你如果没签application form,by law,他们也不能给你锁

贷款 不应该让别人去做。好多材料要交的。

你这个房产经纪人看来太贪了，想从mortage agent那里搞些钱？还是自己想挣mortage
的钱？但是你如果还想买那个房的话，买房的agent fee只能给他。

你们肯定来不及弄贷款了。
而且我怀疑你的房子给价也过高了。
你索性一边向卖家提出要延期close，一边向你agent的broker file一个complaint说你买房子被延误了，让他们赔偿损失。
另外，你说签合同半个月过去了，然后还有10天close，哪有安排这么紧的？你们那边有没有attorney review的？
