I don't think the agent has to be present. Ours was not there when we closed
on our first house.

what do you mean "不在场"? On closing day, your agent's only job is to get
the key(s) for you. There's nothing else need your agent to do and doesn't
make any difference whether your agent 在场 or 不在场.

most states in west do not require an attorney in real estate transaction.

close那天谁都可以不在场，只要你拿到钥匙就可以了。
