这个要看具体的Agent了，有些给一半的Rebate，有些一分钱都不给。

你要是真想捡REO的便宜的话，建议你不要跟agent要rebate.REO的好deal一般都要抢，
尽全力都不一定能行更不要说不尽全力了。

其实bank own和regular sale基本没有区别，主要看房子本身的Condition。
