好几个agent都和我说他们有我们查不到的listings,会发给我
但他们发给我的，全部在redfin上都已经有了

不一样，有得好的AGENT 会给讲很多知识，房子好在哪，缺点在哪，我觉得还是挺有帮
助的，用过我们这个AGENT买房子的人都是对我们的AGENT 赞不绝口的，赶上过节还会
送我们礼物，CLOSE 了也会，虽然就几十块钱，但心里觉得很暖和。

But I feel annoyed that when I dislike something, the agent will try to
convince me it is good. ( for example, the sink is not in bathroom, instead,
it is in bedroom, that is weird design as common sense, right?).
you are lucky to have a good one, but I don't think I need an agent to tell

engineering that part I know nothing about.

most agents know little about structure/engineering bah. even house
inspectors can't always find out flaws in those areas. so... you're on your
own, basically
that by yourself.

about the sink in the bedroom, I find it weird too. saw a house with that.
it's rare indeed and I guess you can made modifications like add a dry wall.

yep, it is so weird. they are just in the kids rooms but still weird...it
could make the bedroom too humid or mold if kids like playing water...
