No value in trying premium processing on the I-140. First, USCIS has now
made it very clear they will not accept premium processing for such cases (
we’ve tried unsuccessfully several times in other cases). Second, even if
the I-140 were approved before June, there is no way that USCIS would
approve the I-485 adjustment case before June.
