刚开始使用信用卡，因为CL很低，要保证信用分数，又不能让balance太多，能不能用
一下，再还一下，再继续用呢。这样做对信用分数是有正面还是负面影响？一个账单月

请问title service & lender's title insurance $1850贵吗？其中lender's tile
insurance $750
broker说survey 可以不用 因为是condo
recording fee broker给的是$650 律师说是$500
请问这些费用应该是律师决定还是broker?
下面是律师给的估计有关title的费用：

search fees etc. (maybe $2,400.00)
不知道是否合理？另外title search/insurance可以不通过律师买嘛？

如果你不打算申请新卡，其实没必要太在意high balance。statement balance高的话
的确降低信用分数，但只要你还款后，statement报告后马上信用分数就回来了。
你可以随时通过checking account的bill pay功能向信用卡还款，一般几个工作日后会
post，这个当然没有限制，你随时都可以还任何数额。也可以在信用卡发卡机构那边输
入checking account信息做ACH pull，一般在cutoff time前提交的话会当天post，钱
在几个工作日内从checking account扣除。后者可能有次数和金额限制，比如不能还超
过current posted balance（pending的要等post后才能还），还有citi一个statement
cycle最多4笔还款。

title service & lender's title insurance中间包括了escrow的费用，这些都和你的
房价以及贷款额有关系。
