看到了一个Short Sale的房子。Zillow价格 190k。好学区。开价是175k。
房主没好好维护房子。最近做了Inspection 发现要修的东西太多, 大约15k.
现在想还价。
这个房子很小。只有 1114 sqft. 在市场上呆了很久。
11/20/2011 Listed for sale $195,000 -2.3% $175 Visual Tour
05/18/2011 Listing removed $199,500 -- $179 --
04/19/2010 Price change $199,500 -12.9% $179 --
09/03/2008 Price change $229,000 6.5% $205 --
7/22/2008 Set Make Me Move $215,000 -7.9% $192 Owner
现在想还价，Realtor 说最多可还到172k 。请问还价还到多少合理？是不是还得太多
Fannie Mae也不会批。

我们在用Seller's Realtor. 她说 There is a second buyer and the second buyer
is interested in giving an offer of 172k and therefore the price cannot go
down any further. If we do not take it, she will have to give the house to
the second buyer.

你就出个你的价格.since you could not prove/disapprove what agent's statement.

谢谢。我们想出165k。不知是不是太底。
Our actual expenditure could be around 165k+15k(repair)+5k(carpet
replacement+kitchen renovation) = 185k.Slightly lower than zillow price.

BTW, 房子是92年的。房主是第二任房主。
