我今天收到新申请的forward卡，没有提餐厅书店5%的返现。官网也没有了。现在是不
是没有这个返现了？

我目前的贷款还有17万多一点，15年的Loan, 利率是3.875%。
想换成30年的Loan，这样每个月还贷就不会有太大压力。
不知道现在利率可以做到多少。想要做no cost refinance.
我在Dallas，求Agent，求推荐！

欠的太少了。No cost人家不愿意做吧。

It is hard to get the best rate. Still could do No Point No Fee refinancing.

Purchases not eligible to receive additional points include, but are not lim
ited to, purchases made at warehouse clubs, discount stores, department stor
es and convenience stores. Online and catalog purchases are not eligible to
receive additional ThankYou Points unless the merchants appropriately identi
fy the transactions. We do not determine whether merchants appropriately ide
ntify all transactions you make on your Card Account, but we do reserve the
right to determine which purchases qualify for ThankYou Points. You may only
earn ThankYou Points on your Card Account as long as it is open and current
. ThankYou Points expire 5 years from the end of the month in which they are
earned unless ThankYou Rewards is terminated.
