我问问什么不能有cashier check, 说是因为怕有假的。请问这个正常么？

一般escrow公司会收cashier check或者wire transfer，如果只收wire也算正常了。

Normally both cashier's check and wire is acceptable. However, if this is
large amount, they will ask wire since it is faster and safer (request wire
in morning, possible escrow will receive it in the afternoon).
