突然发现在屋顶有一些污渍，不知道是不是水渍，请帮忙看一下。以前也没有注意到有

还有，如果是水渍，要找什么样的contractor看一下和维修？

does it look serious to you? In my estimate, it's a toilet on the top of
this stain at the second floor.However, it's also very close to the roof on
the top so I am not sure what caused this problem.

应该是上面漏了，需要尽快修理。

leaking of the toilet would be a good guess. use the toilet as usual and
pay close attention to the stain and watch if it's growing. if so, it's
definitely an active leak and you need a plumber to find out which part is
leaking and fix it. from the size of the stain, it looks like it's a small
leak now. fix it asap before it develops into big problems (mold).

多谢你的建议，我今天就去找一个plumber.对了，我们刚买了这个房子不久，我不确定
这个痕迹是旧的还是新的 。不久前2楼的 一个马桶堵塞，冲水时水流了一些到
bathroom的地面，但是我立刻就把地擦干了。不知道这个是不是原因。
对了，bathroom 不能有一点水吗？有水就会漏吗 ？

有可能。tile grout 有crack,水会渗到下面的subfloor.
