It depends where you are. It is already hard enough for us to find a house
without even concerning the issue of address #. But if you are in the area
which has so many choices of new good houses, you can choose whatever you
like. I am in NY, only found one house that we could buy so far, it has deck
without C.O., and a underground oil tank which needs to be removed. Might
have to move on to some other house, which will be another long journey.
