请问这个buyer's agent 给的rebat是apply到closing cost里好，还是拿支票好？

closing cost unless the amount is too much and your closing cost can not use
them all. with closing cost, nobody will have tax issue.

Closing cost is better. If you take check, you will receive 1099 form.
Although business rebate don't need pay tax, sometime IRS just ask you pay,
then you need file explain,etc....

听说： in closing cost就会把房价抬高一点，prop tax要多交

Besides house price, you need pay about 3% closing cost, includes loan cost,
tax etc. Your rebate cannot cover them all. How to raise house price?

最好是放到closing cost里面，这样buyer和buyer agent都不用交税了。

如上所说, 放到closing cost里, 如果太多, 可以take impound account.

Put rebate to cover closing cost. If more, ask the agent to give you a check
without 1099 form (so you don't need to pay tax in theory).
Be aware, some lender restric the rebate only to cover your NRRC (Non
Recurrisive Closign Cost).
