2.For Citi, you can call every 6 month to request CLI without hardpull. Call.
3.For Chase, you definitely have to have an hard pull to get CLI, but here
is what you can do, apply some annual fee card, UA, SAP, Ink, etc, when you
don't want to keep it, when closing the card, ask chase to move the CL to
your preferred chase card, say Freedom.Can be done via online secure message

Citi has online CLI request option sometimes, sometimes you cannot find it.
For call, you can definitely do that. To make sure there is no hardpull,
tell the Rep you want a CLI without hard pull, they will know that, after
ask you some questions including annual income and how much you want to
increase, they will give a conclusion, whether it's ok or not. You don't
need your SSN, if approved, congrats, if not, just ask them how much can I
get without a hard pull, the Rep can do it for you, whatever it is, you can
take it.

citi网上有时会有提示，可以提高CL
但是这个CL有限度，比如现在CL是1k，网上提示你可以提高到2k。
如果你
1、提高到2k，一般没有hard pull
2、如果你选择提高到3k，一般会有hard pull
