(1)很多realtor需要pre approval letter才愿意带我看房，似乎搞到preapproval会要
查credit score,这个会影响信用记录吧？
(2)可不可以用lender推荐的agent, 或者agent推荐的realtor。还是要自己shop
around?
(3) 大家一般怎么找到好的mortgage broker和agent?除了别人推荐有什么别的渠道？

1. better get a pre-approval letter before start viewing houses. That way
you will know how high the price you can buy and if you find something you
like, you can submit offer without any delay.
2. talk to them and follow your feeling. you don't have to go with any one.
3. word of month will be the best way.

1，有per-approval 证明经济上已经ready,而且有的好deal需要下offer快，没有pre
-approval， seller不接受你的offer，查一次creditscore不会影响信用记录。
2，都可以。最好是朋友或亲属以及自己信的过的人推荐。

要查credit score,这个会影响信用记录吧？
有些broker可以不查credit，不过，LZ要满足有credit history够两年，并且知道
credit score会影响到能够拿到的最好rate。
只要不是在1个月之内反复pull credit，对成绩的影响有限。
around?
无所谓一定要用，或一定不要用，对自己负责的话，就货比三家。
朋友推荐是个比较好的渠道。如果没有其他渠道，可以看看中文报纸啥的，或是在论坛
里问问有没有你们州的agent。不要在shop around的时候告诉对方你的SSN。

如果是regular sale, 开一个不查credit的pre-approval letter就可以了.
关于rate, 本版有很多的loan agent, 每天post rate, 你可以参考一下.

Hard pull definitely affect your credit score negatively, yet it will return
to normal shortly.
Some broker will provide free non-credit check per-approval letter to you as
long as you know your own credit history enough.
Most broker on this board are reliable. Talk with them to see which one you
feel comfortable with.
