急问：loan contingency大家都是几天remove的？purchase agreement里的loan
contingency removal的条款有：
(i) within 17 days, remove loan contigency;
(ii) or the loan contingency shall remain in effect until designated loans
are funded.
大家下offer的时候都是选的哪一项？我对自己贷款有信心，但是想要好好保护自己，
怕万一有问题和纠纷不能backout,所以我先(ii).但是我的agent极力说服我用(i),说用
(ii)我拿不到房子。大家看呢？
房子我挺想要的。谢谢！

As a buyer, you have legal rights to choose whatever you want, but the
seller may not pick your offer if you choose (ii).
17 day is normal, and has sufficent time to get your loan approved with
conditions in majority cases.

I was pushed by my agent to use the 17 days term. what happens if i can't
get a loan after 17 days? Buy the property with cash or lose my deposit?

Please call USCIS to obtain the USPS track number for your EAD/CARD mail.
( i had a BAD experience for this kind of issue, my LD'card was
delievered to a wrong address aND got lost. i received it on time but didn
't reCeive my LD's. Three weeks later, I called USCIS and was told with the
track number for mail, then found that I lost this card.)
