it was 3.875 yesterday. I submitted the application last night and the agent
could only lock 4% today.
refinance 180,000.
I will wait a couple of days to see.

Today's rate is worse than yesterday for 30 year fixed. Your loan amount is
little bit smaller to get the best rate.

我们这的房子都不是很贵，这个amount可能还是比较可以的。
