优点: big size(3600sf), vaulted ceiling in family room, very good school
distric(elementary schoolm Junior high and high school all 10, high school
is rank 12 in our state), good community, North-South, flat and good size
back yard, living and dinning connected(I don't like living and dinning
seperate), 3 car garage, large master bathroom, 9 ft ceiling in first floor,
full basement with rough-in, new roof in 2009
缺点: 20years old, short-sale and no recent upgrade, grocery store is not in
walking distance(my mom will come to stay with us), no 3rd bath in second
floor, bedrooms other than Master are all in big size but without walk-in
closets. unfinished basement, a old and small deck,laundry room in the
middle(I prefer laundry room has a window), Master bedroom is not big. the
price accepted by the bank is only about 2.5W-3w lower than markert price.
old A/C, Water heat and furnace(may need to replace in a near future), need
painting through-out
