get money orders from your banks 1-2 business days before the closing
keep whatever left. some accounts require a minimum balance to avoid service
fee. If the remaining is less than the limit, you can either close that
account, or transfer from another account to meet the requirement.

1.Normally you have to either get cashier's check or wire transfer to escrow
before closing.
2.It depends on. A few thousand dollars might be enough.

1，如果钱需要wire的话，你需要跟自己的checking/saving account银行确定多长时间
能够保证wire没有问题。
2，如果是申请期，一般show couple month就够了。如果已经clear to close了，这个
问题我认为你需要先确认lender的closing condition里面允许你带多少钱去closing。
一般cash to closing的amount是考虑过reserve的。如果它允许你带全部的钱去
closing你就不需要留钱。
