买了一个town house，用的是oil，我一买来就要改成gas的。但是卖方律师说根据法律
tank里所有的oil我还是需要买下来，即使我要改成gas的。大家知道这tank里的oil我
有啥方法变卖点钱吗。

你应该先看看是不是依法你必须买油?! 别律师这样说你就信了, 你的律师也是这样说?
?老公的朋友有类似的情况, 看房时, agent说"还剩下很多油, 你赚了", 也就这句话,
并没有问卖家是不是真的不收钱, 结果过户后, 卖家想起来要收钱, 朋友不给, 卖家说
要small claim, 朋友就让他去告, 因为当初agent说的那句话, 让他以为油是送的, 卖
家也没告, 就拉倒了....
所以如果交易之初, 你有和agent说你要用气的, 双方都有这样的认知, 现叫你买油,
就不是双方合意, 不是双方合意, 就不是契约的一部份, 当然, 这是概论, 有可能因为
这小钱引起很多纠纷, 所以法律直接规定default由buyer或seller出

ask them to remove oil and tank. Trust me that will cost them a fortune coz
oil is considered hazmat.

那个dol的官网上面有这样一句话：
