两个closing cost差100
H给3.864
E给3.875
关键是E说rate只能是3.875或3.75，不可能3.864.所以H的GFE有问题。这可能吗？

typically rate moves at 1/8 of 1% or 0.125 point (%) increment. double check
with H to make sure. by the way, there's only 0.011% difference. no big
deal for your loan amount with only small difference and if you are
purchasing, you'd better go with someone who can get the job done on time.

3.864是可能的. 但是做这种的lender很少. 就我所知道的只有一个. 不过它家rate30
年不算太好.

少数的银行可以做3.864%的利率。不过用GFE来比较不一定准确。

如果是No cost refinancing, pick the lower rate,但不变态 lender. Don't
concern too much on estimation (GFE).

首先是比较利率,因为现在各个银行的closing cost都差不多了.

For purchase loan, you only need to compare the charges related to the
lender (i.e. lender fee, etc).
