好像和大家的不大一样，没写card production，这个也算绿了吧？

好房子，抢得快，但是最后看到价格并非是卖家要的价格。大家都把价格压得很低，虽
然好房子卖得快，但是价格也并不高。有些房子标价特别高，周围类似的房子出手快，
给人错觉，房价上涨了。结果这会看到前几套房子的成交价，心里一下就清楚。差点就
上当，标一个比卖价还高的房子。卖出去的房子都是地理位置好，价格合适，装修得好
的。别的房子都挂很长时间才卖出去，而且价格估计远远低于卖家要价。
所以我也不急了，慢慢挑，还是买方市场。

如果没小孩上学的要求，慢慢等是没问题的，但看到合适的也不要扭捏，Summer过了，
房子也开始减少了。

想了半天，学区相差不大，最多就是85分和92分之间的差异
评分系统不一样，最后差别不是太大耶。有些这个高点，那个高点。但是房子新旧，价
钱就差别太大了。反正学区好的，犯罪率也不低，CEO，医生，律师都住那呢，盗窃率
比一般的城市都高
不过要是真是个方面都满意的，这个房子也卖得快，价格也不一定有那么高
