As a brief overview the next stage in the process is to find an internship
project for you. This process can take a few weeks to complete and there is
not a guarantee that we will be able to find a project or extend an offer.
As part of the project matching process I will share your information with
our intern hosts. The intern hosts will review your information and will
notify me if they feel you are a potential fit for their project or team.
Provided we receive host interest, I will schedule you for a 30 to 45 minute
host interview. This interview will be via phone and is intended to
explore how strongly your skills are matched for the project. While hosts
conduct these interviews in different ways you should be prepared for this
to be a technical interview (as many hosts do wish to further explore how
your technical skills map to their projects).
Provided the host interview goes well we would then proceed to approving an
offer to come join us here at Google.
想问问host match interview被拒的可能性有多大？
host match interview如果一个被拒，可能有第二次机会吗？

我的地下室出租给老美，房客一个多月不交房租，不接房东电话，不和房东见面，
想耍赖。房客现在处于失业状态。我的地下室是没有permit的。我在纽约州。
我如何才能撵走这个无赖房客？请好心人指教！万分感谢！

９９％地下室都是没有permit的，撵走无赖房客与此无关，eviction法院根本不管
permit。先serve notice，再file eviction form。
search ＂eviction process ＜ur county＞＂。

Not sure about NY. But in NJ, the tenants are entitled to six months rent if
the place is illegal.

会给match多次的，如果跟hr关系好hr肯帮忙，可以match给好几个组也是possible的。
另外如果认识内部的人知道哪个组有背景匹配的intern openning，也建议努力一下。
个人感觉这个过程人为因素比较大，一方面等hr push candidates给hosts们，一方面
等hosts们自己到pool里找。

请问host match面试能如何准备呢？面试有什么形式呢？
你知道host match到最终拿到intern offer是什么概率呢？
问题比较多。。。

法律有没有规定不许主人自己搬下去住？
如果一点一点往楼下搬直到住下去那个房客说不定比你先奔溃

不同host有不同host的风格。有的问项目，有的给你解释他做的东西，我也被问到过简
单的算法题。
我觉得多准备准备自己的项目经历吧，host match就是host看你的背景是不是他的
project想要的人。

我的背景是android, security, 也有linux经验，希望能够match上啊~
btw,如果论坛上有哪个Googler可以帮我推荐相关的host，请站短我啊~
