才发现,这两个月的statement 买的giftcard , reward 都是零,打客服,说今年开始 的OM OD Staples 买礼品卡,都没有5% reward

The house is good, does it worth to negotiate fight for the $5000 to stay on our price 510000 or just go for 515000 to guarantee the house? we already negotiate it twice, original listing price was 549000, down to 539000 a month ago, then we offer 500000, they go 529000, we offer 510000, they go 520000, now we are stuck at ask/bid = 510000/520000.. (agent get commission from seller, but seller has their own agent, so our agent is working with seller's agent.. not sure why our agent still get commission from seller, since seller has double agents..) thanks, baozi xie if valuable reply.
I am ok with it, nice and clean, good transportation, close to shopping.. housing market is touching the bottom at least it looks like so, this house is down from 549000 in 3 months. My point is $5000 an important amount to fight for? First buy, no experience , so plz share your point..

My final offer was $3000 lower than the seller's psychological bottom line. He walked away although I think mine was the only offer and probably still is. Guess he got emotional at the last minute. He bought at a higher price than his current listing price in 2007 and did tons of upgrades. Probably felt receiving nothing for his effort, actually losing money. The bedrooms are a little smaller than I would like. Otherwise, I would have offered $3000 more.
